Rosemarie Tolbert began her career at the young age of 8 years old, acting as an apprentice and watching her mother prepare birthday and wedding cakes in their dining room in Monrovia, Liberia.
Her love, appreciation, and amazing natural flair to create the impossible is what she eventually, as an adult, learned was a passion for the culinary and pastry arts. It has grown into an amazing career.
Rosemarie has 25 years diverse experience in the foodservice industry. This combined with her track record in" kicking it up a notch" has placed her in a position to be a well rounded and seasoned asset to any corporation
Rosemarie is a certified HACCP trainer
